Well done to Sixth-year student, Sam Earlwood, who sang with the Palestrina Choir (from Dublin’s Pro-Cathedral) in St. Peter’s, Vatican Basilica, Rome, on the Epiphany, Sunday 6th January 2013.

Sam was recently runner up in the national, School Stars competition and he has made a huge contribution to music in the school over the past six years. His Sound-Cloud channel is here.

Congratulations to Sarah Hawkshaw, Sean Healy and Conor Keogh who will receive Entrance Exhibition Awards at Trinity College Dublin. These awards are based on their Leaving Certificate examination results.

3rd Year Talk (Transition Year options) on Monday, 14th January at 7.30PM. Mr. O’ Mahony will present to parents/guardians of students starting Fourth-year in September 2013.

The thirty Transition Year students on the ComputeTY Programme will attend Dublin City University for one week commencing, Monday, 21st January.

 

4th Year Parent-Teacher Meeting from 4.15PM – 6.45PM on Thursday 17th, January.

2nd Year Parent-Teacher Meeting from 4.15PM – 6.45PM on Tuesday 22nd, January

The talk for the parents/guardians of incoming First-year students will take place on Thursday, 24th January at 7.30PM. This is the class-group that will commence their secondary-education in September 2013.

The Transition Year Community Service Placement commences on Monday, 28th January.

Mock Junior and Leaving Certificate examinations commence Tuesday, 29th January.
