Both Senior and Junior teams entered the U-18 Club All-Ireland Blitz competiton on Sunday 19th April. As last years winners, the competition was held in PCS. Unfortunately the Senior Team couldn’t retain their title, being hampered by injuries and some LC Students with Oral Exams the next day. This was a valuable learning curve for the Junior Team, while also an emotional farewell for some of our 6th yr and Spanish students. Well done to all involved.

Hard luck to the Girls Junior Volleyball Competition in getting knocked out at the Quarter final stage in the All-Ireland Competition. The team has come on in leaps and bounds in the last two months, and trained hard in the mean time. The team lost both their games to Rockford Manor, Blackrock and eventual qualifiers St. Rapheals, Loughrea. (Photo in stream)
