Procedure for applying for a place in 1st Year

Students attending a Howth Deanery primary school will receive a CAPPS Form from their primary school in late September or early October. The completed CAPPS Form is returned to the primary school and fed to us through the Deanery office. The Application Form for PCS will be sent to parents before the end of October. Registration for Howth Deanery students will take place in mid-November.

 

Students outside the Howth Deanery must request an Application Form by emailing us at admissions@portmarnockcommunityschool.ie when the student reaches 6th class.

Application forms will be posted in November. Parents will be notified before Christmas whether their son/daughter has successfully obtained a place in 1st Year or if they have been placed on the waiting list.
