Technology Ambassadors.

Students and Teachers from Portmarnock Community School presented their work on The Effectiveness of Digital Technologies in Assessment for Learning as part of the School Self Evaluation process to world renowned leaders in Curriculum Design and Research at the Pupils’ Attitude Towards Technology Conference in Athlone Institute of Technology.

The pupils were remarkable on the day and acted as great ambassadors for the school. In the pictures they can be seen discussing emerging technological issues with some of the world’s leading curriculum designers and researchers in the field of technology education; Prof. Richard Kimbell, Prof. Marc de Vries, Dr. David Barlex, Dr. Scott Bartholomew and many more, all of whom were very impressed with the students and the school. Thanks to Mr O’Connor and Mr Croghan for their time and inspiration.
