We offer a wide variety of courses for adults in the local community and further afield.
Most courses are now open for bookings for Spring 2025 Term
Dates (unless otherwise stated): Starting week of Monday 13th January 2025
Duration: Most courses will run for 10 weeks- some courses are shorter. *Note that due to the short duration between January and Easter pilates will be 10 weeks this term.
Most of our courses take place on Monday evenings, Tuesday evenings, Wednesday afternoons and evenings and Thursday evenings.

*Parking information (Spring 25)
Please note that there are parking spaces at the front and back of the school (left and right when you get to the fork in the road after entering the gate)
Please do not park in front of the no parking cones- these are there to ensure that there is space for traffic to flow in and out of the car park, adn to allow for emergency vehicle access.
We have limited parking available, especially on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
In order to make things easier, we are making the following suggestions to everybody who uses our facilities:
- If local, please consider giving yourself extra time to walk
- Cycle
- Get dropped off
- Use public transport- (Bus Stop 3612: Routes: 32X, 32, 102, 142, 42)- the dart is a 25 minute walk away
- Carpool
- Park at the PSLC adjacent to the school- there is ample free parking there and it is a 300 metre walk to the school doors
