Practising Pilates on a regular basis provides plenty of well-rounded benefits. The beauty of Pilates is that anyone, at any age can get started. Through the controlled and progressive movements you can totally reshape your body. Pilates makes you stop and think about what you are doing. By focusing the mind, regulating your breathing and making use of internal resistance it is an extremely powerful way to tone the body.

Monday’s: Pilates Rejuvenation Age 55+ starts 12th January 2026 6:30-7:30pm (classroom D1)
Tuesday’s: Early beginners class starts 13th January 2026 6-7pm Beginners 7 – 8pm Improvers 8 – 9pm
Wednesday’s: Pilates for Men starts 14th January 2026 7-8pm, upstairs in main sports hall
All courses are for 10 weeks duration and cost €80

Thursday Barre Class link: Barre Exercise– starts Thursday TBC – Barre classes are 7-8pm & 8-9pm Cost – €80
Thursday Pilates Rejuvenation 50+ 6-7pm TBC – Cost – €80
