Barre Exercise

Combines elements of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training for a full body workout. Movements are performed to music with the help of a ballet-style barre

 

Start date: Thursday 22nd September 2022

Duration: 10 weeks

Time:

Class 1:  7-8pm

Class 2: 8-9pm

Location: Upstairs in main sports hall
