Ever wanted to make and design your own cakes? We are lucky to have a great local cake decorator on board to take on a cake decorating class this term!
This course will be a mixture of baking and decorating. Listed below are a flavour of the recipes we will cover this term.

- Christmas cake decorations
Duration: 10 weeks
Starts: Thursday 22nd January 2026
Time: 7-9:pm
Cost: 155 euro – this includes most of the specialist fondant icing provided by the tutor.
We will contact all students in advance of the class with details of the option to purchase a cake decorating took kit and turn stand (max price 40 euro)
Own cake baking ingredients need to be brought to each class by students, as per the tutor’s instructions.
