Portmarnock Community School Adult Education Programme:
The Tuesday Class will be for beginners, and the Wednesday class for more advanced students. It will involve challenging
(non aerobic) matwork Pilates class is for people of all age. It promises to improve core strength & flexibility without bulking up. Pilates will also strengthen & lengthen the muscles improving bad posture. It is suitable for those who don’t exercise much & for those who have sore backs but no major injuries. Props can be used for an added challenging workout.
