So what’s barre all about? It’s a high intensity workout using a mix of Pilates, Ballet and conditioning exercises to give you a full body workout that will leave you feeling lengthened and toned. Movements are performed to music with the help of a ballet-style barre. It’s taking the fitness world by storm.

Our Barre classes have been specifically designed to target core muscle groups to help transform body shapes and improve posture. Classes are open to everyone, no dance experience necessary.  barre

Tutor: Corinna Linehan

Corinna was first introduced to Pilates by her sister six years ago. She became a Pilates addict and decided to train as an instructor, completing a 600 hour training programme. She loves the blend of Pilates principals  and the energetic tempo of Barre.
