Back by popular demand! After a few terms off our programme, Barre is back!
So what’s barre all about? It’s a high intensity workout using a mix of Pilates, Ballet and conditioning exercises to give you a full body workout that will leave you feeling lengthened and toned. Movements are performed to music with the help of a ballet-style barre. It’s taking the fitness world by storm.
Starts Thursday 31st January 2019 10 weeks €85 8-9pm
